This Privacy Policy describes how YBR Digital ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Cat Toy (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We believe in absolute transparency and minimal data collection. We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide personal identity details (such as your name, email, or physical address) to use the core features of the App.

a) Automatically Collected Information & Identifiers

When you access the App, certain information may be collected automatically by the third-party services we use for analytics, crash reports, and billing administration. This may include:

  • Device information: Brand, model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID, IDFV).
  • Usage details: Session duration, game screen navigation, interactions with virtual toys (such as toy clicks, backgrounds switched, audio options selected), and performance logs.
  • Crash reports: If the App crashes, anonymous technical details of the event are collected to help us debug and resolve the issue.

b) Local Storage

The App utilizes secure local storage libraries (Hive and SharedPreferences) to store data directly on your device. This data is used solely to maintain your custom configurations, including:

  • Saved gameplay colors, toy selections, and sound preferences.
  • A local cache representing your active subscription (Pro status).

We do not sync this local configuration data to external servers outside of the services mentioned below.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver specific features, analyze app health, and manage subscriptions, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs. These third parties collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Firebase Analytics: Used to analyze general usage trends and optimize gameplay flows. For more information, see Firebase Privacy and Security Policies.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: Used to receive automated bug and crash reports so that we can keep the App stable. For more information, see Firebase Privacy and Security Policies.
  • RevenueCat: Used to manage and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions for Cat Toy Pro. RevenueCat verifies payment statuses securely with the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). 3. Children's Privacy

Although our App features interactive toys designed for pets, the App is intended to be configured and managed by pet owners (who are typically adults). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions to delete it.

4. Data Retention and Security

We do not host or operate backend database servers containing personal data. Automatically collected analytical data and crash details are held securely by Firebase/RevenueCat according to their retention standards. We utilize standard industry protections to safeguard any data processed locally on your device.

5. Your Choices and Controls

You can manage or disable certain identifiers and storage permissions using your mobile device’s settings menu:

  • You can clear the App's data or cache within your system settings to remove all locally stored game configurations.
  • You can opt-out of ad tracking or personalized identification via your device settings (e.g., Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework or Android's Ads personalization toggle).

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
