Welcome to FaceOn AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the FaceOn AI mobile application ("App", "Service"), developed and operated by Yash Rayjada / YBR Digital ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using FaceOn AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the application.

1. Eligibility and Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your country) to use FaceOn AI.
• You agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary machine learning algorithms of the App.

2. Non-Medical / Informational Disclaimer

The facial analysis, symmetry calculations, skin assessment indicators, potential ratings, and grooming/style recommendations are computed algorithmically using automated geometric landmark models.

• No analysis provided by the App should be construed as medical diagnosis, treatment plan, cosmetic surgical guidance, or dermatological prescription.
• Always consult a qualified medical doctor or licensed dermatologist regarding any health or skin concerns.
• We make no guarantees regarding personal aesthetic improvements or specific outcomes resulting from suggestions in the App.

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

FaceOn AI offers free features as well as optional premium subscriptions ("FaceOn AI Pro") that unlock full scans, unlimited styling recommendations, detailed progress tracking, and full metrics reports.

• Payment Processing: All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Your payment method will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified interval (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual, or lifetime tier) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings under Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store refund policies. We do not directly handle or issue payment refunds.

4. User Content & Device Processing

• You retain full ownership and rights to all photos captured or imported into the App.
• All image analysis is performed locally on your device. We do not claim ownership, nor do we store or transmit your photos to our servers.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have permission and rights to analyze any photos imported into the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The FaceOn AI application, including its user interface, graphics, logo, code, design, branding, features, and algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of Yash Rayjada and YBR Digital, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yash Rayjada, YBR Digital, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, personal dissatisfaction, or device malfunction, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FaceOn AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the App or any features at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
