Terms of Service — InspireZ

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using InspireZ. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InspireZ, developed by Yash Rayjada, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About the App

InspireZ is a free-to-use habit tracking and goal management application for Android. The app helps users build positive habits, set goals, and stay on track through reminders and progress tracking.

3. No Account or Registration

InspireZ does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information. All features are available without any login or sign-up process.

4. Data Storage

All habit data, goal records, streaks, and app settings are stored locally on your device only. InspireZ does not maintain any servers or databases that store user data. We have no access to your data at any time.

Important: If you uninstall the app or clear its data from your device, all data will be permanently deleted. We are unable to recover it.

5. Notifications and Alarms

InspireZ uses Android's notification and alarm system to deliver reminders for your habits and goals. By enabling notifications, you agree to receive these local push notifications from the app.

All notifications are triggered from your local device based on reminders you set.
You may disable notifications at any time via: device Settings → Apps → InspireZ → Notifications.
We are not responsible for missed reminders due to device settings, battery optimization, or OS restrictions.

6. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

InspireZ is free and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to viewing ads as part of the app experience.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are governed by Google's advertising policies.
We do not control the specific ads displayed or the third-party websites linked from ads.
You may opt out of personalized ads through your device's Google Ad Settings.
We are not responsible for the content of any third-party advertisements.

7. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own terms and policies:

Google Firebase – https://firebase.google.com/terms
Google AdMob – https://policies.google.com/terms
Google Play – governed by Google Play's Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

8. User Responsibilities

By using InspireZ, you agree to:

Use the app only for its intended purpose of personal habit and goal tracking.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
Not use the app for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InspireZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or free from data loss. The app is a productivity tool and is not a medical, mental health, or therapeutic application. Results depend entirely on the user's personal effort.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yash Rayjada (the developer of InspireZ) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of productivity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within InspireZ are the intellectual property of Yash Rayjada and are protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of InspireZ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
