Welcome to the Krushnam App, developed by Yash Rayjada. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using the Krushnam App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App.

कृष्णम् ऐप में आपका स्वागत है, जो यश रायजादा द्वारा बनाया गया है। ये नियम और शर्तें ("नियम") हमारे मोबाइल ऐप और सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। कृष्णम् ऐप को डाउनलोड, इंस्टॉल या उपयोग करके, आप इन नियमों से बंधे रहने के लिए सहमत हैं। यदि आप इन नियमों से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया हमारे ऐप का उपयोग न करें।

1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms / नियमों की स्वीकृति

By accessing and using the Krushnam App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the app developer.

कृष्णम् ऐप का उपयोग करके, आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि आपने इन नियमों और हमारी गोपनीयता नीति को पढ़ा, समझा है और इनसे बंधे रहने के लिए सहमत हैं। ये नियम आपके और ऐप डेवलपर के बीच एक कानूनी समझौता हैं।

2. 🔐 Google Login & Account / गूगल लॉगिन और अकाउंट

Login Method / लॉगिन विधि: The Krushnam App uses Google Sign-In as the only method of authentication. You must have a valid Google account to access and use the App.

कृष्णम् ऐप केवल Google Sign-In का उपयोग प्रमाणीकरण की एकमात्र विधि के रूप में करता है। ऐप का उपयोग करने के लिए आपके पास एक वैध Google अकाउंट होना आवश्यक है।

Data Collected from Google / गूगल से एकत्रित डेटा: When you sign in with Google, we collect the following information from your Google account:

This data is used solely for account identification and personalization within the App. We do not share this information with third parties except as required for App functionality.

🔥 Important Premium Limitations / महत्वपूर्ण प्रीमियम सीमाएं:

⚠️ YouTube Ads: YouTube ads cannot be removed as we have no control over YouTube's advertising system. Bhakti Music and Bhakti Videos may still contain YouTube ads. YouTube विज्ञापन: YouTube के विज्ञापन नहीं हटाए जा सकते क्योंकि हमारा YouTube की विज्ञापन प्रणाली पर कोई नियंत्रण नहीं है।

📱 In-App Ads Only: Premium only removes in-app banner and interstitial ads, not YouTube content ads. केवल इन-ऐप विज्ञापन: प्रीमियम केवल ऐप के बैनर और इंटरस्टिशियल विज्ञापन हटाता है, YouTube सामग्री के विज्ञापन नहीं।

🆓 Content Access: All content remains free — Premium only removes in-app ads and increases AI limits. सामग्री पहुंच: सभी सामग्री मुफ्त रहती है — प्रीमियम केवल ऐप के विज्ञापन हटाता है और AI की सीमा बढ़ाता है।

5. 💎 Premium Subscription Terms / प्रीमियम सब्सक्रिप्शन नियम

5.1 Prepaid Plans / प्रीपेड प्लान

Krushnam App offers the following prepaid premium plans processed through Google Play In-App Purchases:

कृष्णम् ऐप Google Play इन-ऐप पर्चेज के माध्यम से निम्नलिखित प्रीपेड प्रीमियम प्लान प्रदान करता है:

📅 3 Month Plan / 3 महीने का प्लान
📅 6 Month Plan / 6 महीने का प्लान
📅 12 Month Plan (1 Year) / 12 महीने का प्लान (1 वर्ष)

5.2 Prepaid — Not a Recurring Subscription / प्रीपेड — आवर्ती सब्सक्रिप्शन नहीं

⚠️ IMPORTANT: These are ONE-TIME PREPAID plans, NOT recurring subscriptions.

🔴 No Auto-Renewal: Your plan will NOT automatically renew at the end of the chosen period. No amount will be automatically deducted from your account for renewal.
🔁 Manual Renewal: If you wish to continue using Premium features after your plan expires, you must manually purchase a new plan.
⏳ Plan Expiry: Once your plan period ends, your account will revert to the free tier automatically.

महत्वपूर्ण: ये एकमुश्त प्रीपेड प्लान हैं, आवर्ती सब्सक्रिप्शन नहीं।

कोई ऑटो-नवीनीकरण नहीं: आपका प्लान चुनी गई अवधि के अंत में स्वचालित रूप से नवीनीकृत नहीं होगा। नवीनीकरण के लिए आपके खाते से कोई राशि स्वचालित रूप से नहीं काटी जाएगी।
मैनुअल नवीनीकरण: प्लान समाप्त होने के बाद प्रीमियम सुविधाओं का उपयोग जारी रखने के लिए आपको मैन्युअल रूप से नया प्लान खरीदना होगा।

5.3 Payment Processing / भुगतान प्रक्रिया

💳 All premium plan purchases are processed securely through Google Play In-App Purchases. We do not store your payment information directly.

सभी प्रीमियम प्लान खरीदारी Google Play इन-ऐप पर्चेज के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से संसाधित की जाती हैं। हम आपकी भुगतान जानकारी सीधे संग्रहीत नहीं करते।

5.4 One Device — One Active Plan Policy / एक डिवाइस — एक सक्रिय प्लान नीति

⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Premium access is strictly tied to the Google account used at the time of purchase and is limited to one active plan per device session.

✅ If User A purchases a Premium plan and is logged in, User A gets full Premium access.
❌ If User A logs out and User B logs in on the same device, User B will NOT receive Premium features — even though User A's plan is still active.
❌ User B cannot purchase a new plan on the same device while User A's plan is active on that device.
🔑 To access Premium features, you must be logged in with the Google account that purchased the plan.

यूजर B उसी डिवाइस पर नया प्लान नहीं खरीद सकता जबकि यूजर A का प्लान उस डिवाइस पर सक्रिय है।
प्रीमियम सुविधाओं तक पहुंचने के लिए, आपको उस Google अकाउंट से लॉग इन होना चाहिए जिसने प्लान खरीदा था।

5.5 Subscription Benefits / सब्सक्रिप्शन के फायदे

6. 🚫 No Refund Policy / कोई रिफंड नीति नहीं

🔥 IMPORTANT — ALL SALES ARE FINAL / महत्वपूर्ण — सभी बिक्री अंतिम हैं

All premium plan purchases made through the Krushnam App are completely non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchase
Device change or loss
Account switching or logout
Dissatisfaction with features
Technical issues on the user's end
Plan expiry due to non-use
Any other reason whatsoever

No refund will be initiated under any circumstance, without any exception.

Please carefully evaluate the plan and its features before completing your purchase. By purchasing a plan, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.

कृष्णम् ऐप के माध्यम से की गई सभी प्रीमियम प्लान खरीदारी किसी भी परिस्थिति में पूरी तरह से गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं। कोई भी रिफंड किसी भी परिस्थिति में, बिना किसी अपवाद के, शुरू नहीं किया जाएगा। खरीदारी पूरी करने से पहले कृपया प्लान और उसकी सुविधाओं का ध्यान से मूल्यांकन करें।

7. 🤖 Krushnam AI Terms / कृष्णम् AI नियम

The Krushnam AI chatbot feature is designed to provide information specifically related to spiritual topics including Bhagvad Geeta, Mahabharat, Ramayan, and Shri Krishna's life.

कृष्णम् AI चैटबॉट फीचर विशेष रूप से आध्यात्मिक विषयों पर जानकारी देने के लिए बनाया गया है।

🤖 AI Technology: AI responses are generated using the Google Gemini API and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. AI तकनीक: AI के जवाब Google Gemini API का उपयोग करके बनाए जाते हैं और कभी-कभी गलतियां हो सकती हैं।

📚 Educational Purpose: Information provided is for educational and spiritual guidance purposes only. शैक्षिक उद्देश्य: दी गई जानकारी केवल शिक्षा और आध्यात्मिक मार्गदर्शन के उद्देश्य से है।

⚠️ Decision Making: Users should not rely solely on AI responses for critical life decisions. निर्णय लेना: यूजर को जीवन के महत्वपूर्ण फैसलों के लिए केवल AI के जवाबों पर भरोसा नहीं करना चाहिए।

7.1 AI Usage Limits / AI उपयोग सीमा

🆓 Free users: 5 questions per day / मुफ्त यूजर: प्रतिदिन 5 सवाल 💎 Premium users: 50 questions per day / प्रीमियम यूजर: प्रतिदिन 50 सवाल 📝 Question limits may be modified without prior notice / सवाल की सीमा बिना सूचना के बदली जा सकती है

7.2 AI Usage Conduct & Account Suspension / AI उपयोग आचरण और अकाउंट निलंबन

⚠️ STRICT POLICY — ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / सख्त नीति — अकाउंट निलंबन

Krushnam AI is intended solely for spiritual guidance and devotional purposes. The following behavior is strictly prohibited when using Krushnam AI:

🚫 Use of explicit, vulgar, abusive, or offensive language
🚫 Submission of sexually explicit or obscene content
🚫 Use of hate speech, discriminatory, or threatening language
🚫 Any content that is inappropriate, harmful, or against the spiritual purpose of the App

⛔ If a user is found using explicit, abusive, or inappropriate words or content in the AI chat, their account will be immediately suspended without prior warning. The suspension may be temporary or permanent at the sole discretion of the developer. No refund will be provided for any remaining plan period in case of account suspension due to policy violation.

कृष्णम् AI केवल आध्यात्मिक मार्गदर्शन के लिए है। यदि कोई यूजर AI चैट में अश्लील, अपमानजनक या अनुचित शब्दों या सामग्री का उपयोग करता हुआ पाया जाता है, तो उनका अकाउंट बिना किसी पूर्व चेतावनी के तुरंत निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा। पॉलिसी उल्लंघन के कारण अकाउंट निलंबन की स्थिति में किसी भी शेष प्लान अवधि के लिए कोई रिफंड प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।

8. 📚 Content and Intellectual Property / सामग्री और बौद्धिक संपदा

The App contains various types of content: / ऐप में विभिन्न प्रकार की सामग्री है:

🎵 Bhakti Music & Videos: Bhajans and devotional content streamed via YouTube iframe API (we do not own this content). भक्ति संगीत और वीडियो: भजन और भक्ति सामग्री YouTube iframe API के माध्यम से (हम इस सामग्री के मालिक नहीं हैं)।

🎥 कृष्णम रील्स: Short videos featuring copyrighted music/songs owned by their respective owners. We do not own any music/song rights used in reels or app — provided for spiritual and divine experience only. कृष्णम रील्स में कॉपीराइट संगीत/गाने का उपयोग किया गया है जिनके मालिक उनके संबंधित स्वामी हैं। हम केवल आध्यात्मिक और दिव्य अनुभव के लिए प्रदान कर रहे हैं।

🌟 Divine Image Gallery: Images from third-party creators with proper attribution and redirect links to credit original owners. दिव्य चित्र गैलरी: तृतीय-पक्ष रचनाकारों की छवियां उचित श्रेय और रीडायरेक्ट लिंक्स के साथ।

🎧 Audio Content: From public sources and archive.org with proper attribution. ऑडियो सामग्री: सार्वजनिक स्रोतों और archive.org से उचित श्रेय के साथ।

🖼️ Wallpapers: Collected from public sources with appropriate permissions. वॉलपेपर: उचित अनुमति के साथ सार्वजनिक स्रोतों से एकत्रित।

🎬 YouTube Videos: Embedded via iframe API (we do not own video content). YouTube वीडियो: iframe API के माध्यम से एम्बेड किए गए (हम वीडियो सामग्री के मालिक नहीं हैं)।

⚠️ Music/Song Rights: Krushnam Reels use music or songs which are copyrighted by their owners. We don't own any songs/music rights used in reels or app. We are providing this content for spiritual and divine experience only. संगीत/गीत अधिकार: कृष्णम रील्स में संगीत या गाने का उपयोग किया गया है जो उनके मालिकों के कॉपीराइट हैं। हम केवल आध्यात्मिक और दिव्य अनुभव के लिए प्रदान कर रहे हैं।

9. 👤 User Conduct / यूजर आचरण

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to: / आप ऐप का जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करने के लिए सहमत हैं और निम्नलिखित नहीं करेंगे:

📋 "As Is" Service: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind / "जैसा है" सेवा 🚫 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content / कोई गारंटी नहीं ⚠️ Professional Guidance: Spiritual guidance provided through the App should not replace professional counseling / पेशेवर मार्गदर्शन 🚫 Decision Responsibility: We are not responsible for any decisions made based on App content / निर्णय जिम्मेदारी

11. 🔄 Service Modifications / सेवा संशोधन

🔥 Final Authority: All decisions regarding the App, its features, policies, and user issues are at the sole discretion of the developer. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding your personal information collected via Google Sign-In (name, email, profile picture, and authentication token).

ये नियम भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्या किए जाएंगे। इन नियमों या ऐप के उपयोग से उत्पन्न कोई भी विवाद भारतीय अदालतों के क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होगा।

15. 📋 Severability / पृथक्करणता

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

यदि इन नियमों का कोई भी प्रावधान अप्रवर्तनीय या अवैध पाया जाता है, तो उस प्रावधान को न्यूनतम आवश्यक सीमा तक सीमित या समाप्त किया जाएगा ताकि ये नियम पूर्ण रूप से प्रभावी रहें।

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
