Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MathQwik mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Yash Rayjada using the brand name YBR Digital ("we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all usage of our service.

Description of the App

MathQwik is a premium mental arithmetic training mobile application designed to boost math calculation speeds and logic skills. Key features of the App include:

Quick Math: Procedurally generated arithmetic quizzes targeting addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, powers, roots, percentages, fractions, and equations.
Number Puzzles: Cognitive logic grids, missing number quizzes, and progression sequences.
Speed Mode: Fast-paced 60-second time trial workouts.
Daily Challenge: Daily synchronized seed puzzle challenges.
Offline Performance: Database tracking, streak histories, and offline achievements stored on-device via Hive databases.
Upgrades: Support for ads in free versions and premium entitlement settings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MathQwik. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian to ensure they understand and agree to be bound by them on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MathQwik in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Cheat, hack, simulate, or use bots, automated scripts, or modified software versions to manipulate gameplay scores, streak records, or leaderboard entries.
Distribute, lease, sell, host, or commercially exploit the App or its constituent materials.
Interfere with or bypass any security features, subscription entitlement verification checks, or digital rights mechanisms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to MathQwik, including but not limited to the codebase, custom puzzle generation algorithms, user interfaces, graphic designs, icons, brand names, visual styles, audio samples, and marketing assets are owned entirely by Yash Rayjada (under the brand name YBR Digital). These assets are protected by intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.

Your use of the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the App on compatible personal devices solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment and training.

User Responsibilities

As the user, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device and keeping your local app data isolated.
Setting your device clock accurately. Manipulating device timestamps to bypass daily challenge restrictions or streak decay is considered a breach of fair play.
Ensuring your device is compatible with the system requirements of the App.

Premium Subscription & Billing

All premium plans and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods are managed entirely by Google Play.
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time from the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
Unless required by applicable law or Google Play policies, all purchases are non-refundable.
Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies and are handled solely by Google Play.
The app developer does not process payments, store payment information, or issue refunds directly.
Premium features remain available only while the subscription is active.
If a subscription expires or is canceled, access to premium features will end at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial (if offered) is governed by Google Play Billing terms and automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Payments & Refunds

Prices for premium subscriptions and in-app upgrades are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated via the platform billing services. Because billing is managed by the Google Play Store (and/or Apple App Store for iOS), you agree to comply with all relevant platform service agreements. The app developer is not responsible for platform processing delays, bank transaction errors, or currency conversion fees.

Free-tier editions of MathQwik display advertising content served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that the App will download and render banners, interstitials, native cards, and rewarded ads. Premium subscribers are entitled to a complete ad-free experience, governed by active subscription verification via RevenueCat.

Disclaimer

MathQwik is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Warranties that the App will function error-free, uninterrupted, or free of glitches or downtime.
Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or educational efficacy of the arithmetic training. We make no scientific guarantees of clinical cognitive improvement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yash Rayjada (operating under the brand name YBR Digital) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, loss of training streaks, device failures, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access or inability to access the App; (ii) any conduct or content of third-party SDKs; or (iii) any errors or interruptions in software features.

Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or your access to premium features in the event of a breach of these Terms, security risks, or if we cease business operations. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App and cancelling your active subscriptions through the Google Play Store billing portal.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of MathQwik shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be initiated in courts situated in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, the revised date will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of MathQwik after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
