This Privacy Policy outlines how Yash Rayjada ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), trading as YBR Digital, handles information in connection with your use of the MobCam - OBS Camera mobile application on Android and the companion MobCam OBS Studio Plugin on Windows.

We believe in radical data minimization. Our products are designed to deliver ultra-low latency, broadcast-quality video directly to your workstation without collecting, harvesting, or monetizing your personal data.

2. Zero Cloud Video/Audio Streaming Architecture

MobCam is strictly a local client-server pipeline:

• Direct Local Transmission: Your phone hardware encodes camera video into H.264 video frames and microphone audio into AAC audio packets. These packets are transmitted directly across your local network (LAN) via TCP port 4747 to OBS Studio.
• No Cloud Intermediaries: No video frames, photographs, or audio samples ever touch external servers, content delivery networks (CDNs), or third-party cloud storage.
• USB Wired Mode: When connecting via USB (using Android ADB port forwarding), media data travels entirely through your physical USB cable with zero radio broadcast.

4. Information We Collect, Store & Process

A. Information Stored Locally on Your Smartphone

The app stores user configuration preferences locally in Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and includes:

• Resolution preferences (e.g., 1080p, 4K, 720p).
• Target framerate (30 FPS or 60 FPS).
• Bitrate settings (8,000 kbps to 35,000 kbps).
• Latency mode (Ultra-Low Latency vs. Balanced).
• Audio transmission toggle (Enabled / Disabled).
• Studio camera preferences (Torch status, Exposure value, White balance mode).

B. Information We DO NOT Collect

• No User Accounts: No sign-up, registration, email address, username, or password required.
• No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or calendar entries.
• No Location Tracking: We do not access GPS, cellular location, or geographic coordinates.
• No Media Files: We do not scan, access, read, or upload device photos, gallery albums, or personal files.
• No Biometric or Facial Recognition: Camera pixels are encoded directly as raw YUV/RGB frames without facial recognition or biometric profiling.

5. Windows OBS Plugin & Installer Details

The companion MobCam OBS Studio Plugin runs as a native 64-bit DLL inside OBS Studio on Windows:

• Local Web Control Server: The plugin hosts an embedded lightweight HTTP server strictly on http://localhost:4752/ (IPv4 loopback address 127.0.0.1). It is completely blocked from the outside internet and only serves the OBS Quick Controls dock on your local PC.
• Zero Telemetry: The desktop plugin contains zero tracking scripts, analytics libraries, or outbound external internet connections.
• Windows Installer: The setup installer (MobCam-OBS-Plugin-v1.0.0-Setup.exe) places plugin binaries in %ProgramData%\obs-studio\plugins\mobcam\ and automatically registers the browser dock in your local OBS configuration file (%APPDATA%\obs-studio\user.ini). It collects no personal information.

6. In-App Subscriptions & Financial Information

MobCam offers an optional paid upgrade called MobCam Pro, which unlocks watermark-free streaming, 4K UHD resolution, 60 FPS, ultra-low latency, and the Studio Camera Suite.

To verify subscription status and maintain your Pro entitlement across app updates, we integrate RevenueCat Inc. (a subscription infrastructure platform). RevenueCat processes:

• An anonymous, randomly generated App User ID.
• Google Play order transaction receipts and product SKU identifiers.
• Purchase timestamps and subscription expiration dates.

7. Diagnostic & Crash Reports

To diagnose and resolve application crashes across different Android devices, MobCam integrates Google Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC).

When an unexpected error or crash occurs, anonymized diagnostic data is sent to Firebase, including:

• Crash stack trace and code exception logs.
• Device model name, manufacturer, and CPU architecture.
• Android operating system version and free RAM/storage state.

8. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights

Because MobCam does not maintain external cloud databases of user accounts:

• Local Data Deletion: You can completely erase all locally stored settings at any time by clearing the application's storage in your phone settings (Settings → Apps → MobCam → Storage → Clear Data) or by uninstalling the application.
• Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your Google Play Store account (Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions).

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

MobCam is intended for general audiences, content creators, and broadcast professionals. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). 10. GDPR & CCPA/CPRA Statutory Rights

Under international privacy frameworks (including the European General Data Protection Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act):

• Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of what personal data is processed.
• Right to Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of personal information. (As stated, MobCam stores zero personal information on remote servers).
• No Sale or Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never deny services or charge differing rates for exercising your privacy rights.
