1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Yash Rayjada ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), trading as YBR Digital.
These Terms govern your use of the MobCam - OBS Camera mobile client, the companion MobCam OBS Studio Plugin for Windows, and related software, installers, and web services provided at www.ybrdigital.in.
2. End-User License Grant
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, developer Yash Rayjada grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- Install and run the MobCam Android application on your compatible Android smartphones;
- Install and run the MobCam OBS Studio Plugin on Windows personal computers with compatible versions of OBS Studio (version 28.0 or newer); and
- Use the software suite for personal, commercial, and educational live streaming, content creation, video recording, or virtual camera broadcasting.
3. Restrictions on Use
You expressly agree that you shall NOT:
- Circumvent Watermarking: Reverse engineer, decompile, binary-patch, or modify the plugin DLL or Android application to suppress, remove, or modify the default watermark without holding an active MobCam Pro license.
- Tamper with Licensing: Emulate, bypass, or interfere with Google Play In-App Billing or RevenueCat entitlement systems.
- Redistribute or Resell: Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share modified, cracked, or pirated APK/AAB files or plugin binaries on third-party websites or networks.
- Decompilation: Disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile compiled binaries, except strictly to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
- Malicious Conduct: Inject malicious software, spyware, or viruses into any component of the software suite.
4. Third-Party Trademarks & Open Source Software
A. Independent Product Notice
MobCam - OBS Camera is an independent software tool. MobCam is NOT certified, sponsored, affiliated with, or endorsed by:
- The OBS Project / OBS Studio: "OBS" and "OBS Studio" are registered trademarks or trademarks of Hugh Bailey and the OBS Project.
- Google LLC: "Android", "Google Play", and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
- RevenueCat Inc.: Used solely as an infrastructure service for processing receipt tokens.
B. Open Source Attributions
The desktop plugin links to open source libraries in accordance with their respective licenses:

5. MobCam Pro & In-App Subscriptions
A. Unlocked Features
Upgrading to MobCam Pro unlocks premium broadcast functionality:
- 100% Watermark-Free Video Feed: Complete removal of the onscreen broadcast watermark in OBS Studio.
- 4K Ultra HD Streaming: High-resolution streaming presets up to 3840 × 2160 pixels.
- Silky-Smooth 60 FPS High Framerate: High-speed framerate capture for ultra-fluid movement.
- Ultra-Low Latency Mode: Zero-buffer streaming pipeline for real-time sub-frame response.
- Studio Camera Suite: Manual camera controls including torch toggle, exposure compensation (±4 EV), and custom white balance modes.
B. Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellations
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed through your Google Play Store account.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via the Google Play Store (Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions).
- Post-Cancellation: If you cancel, your Pro features remain accessible until the end of your prepaid billing period.
C. Refunds & Price Adjustments
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed strictly by Google Play Refund Policies. The developer does not handle direct credit card charges and cannot issue manual payment refunds.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price modifications will be communicated in advance via Google Play in accordance with Google Play developer terms.
6. User Conduct & Content Responsibility
- Covert or non-consensual surveillance, wiretapping, or recording individuals in violation of applicable privacy laws;
- Broadcasting sexually explicit, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content;
- Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets, or proprietary rights of third parties.
7. Hardware, Heat & Network Disclaimers
You understand and acknowledge the technical requirements of high-definition video processing:
- Device Thermal Output: Continuously streaming high-bitrate video (e.g., 1080p60 or 4K) engages heavy camera sensors and on-chip hardware encoders, generating heat. You are responsible for ensuring adequate device ventilation.
- Battery Usage: Camera hardware encoding draws significant electrical power. Connecting your smartphone to a dedicated power supply or USB 3.0 port during streaming is strongly recommended.
- Local Wi-Fi Network: Video stream stability and latency depend fundamentally on your local Wi-Fi router quality, channel congestion, distance, and 5GHz band availability. The developer cannot guarantee zero packet drop across degraded or congested wireless networks.
8. Warranty Disclaimer ("AS IS")
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MOBCAM SOFTWARE SUITE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
DEVELOPER YASH RAYJADA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL ARBITRARY ANDROID OEM HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER YASH RAYJADA, YBR DIGITAL, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- LOSS OF STREAM DONATIONS, ADVERTISING REVENUE, SPONSORSHIPS, OR BUSINESS PROFITS;
- LIVE STREAM INTERRUPTIONS, BROADCAST DROPOUTS, OR FAILURE TO RECORD EVENTS;
- DEVICE BATTERY DEGRADATION, THERMAL SHUTDOWN, OR DATA LOSS; OR
- CARRIER NETWORK OVERAGE CHARGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR MOBCAM PRO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless developer Yash Rayjada, YBR Digital, and representatives against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the MobCam mobile app or desktop plugin;
- Any video, audio, or broadcast content transmitted or recorded by you; or
- Your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
11. Term & Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the software if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent licensing behavior. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
