Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the OnlyPDF application ("Application", "Software", "Service"), created and maintained by Yash Rayjada and powered by YBR Digital ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using OnlyPDF on Android, Windows, or any other supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not download, install, or use the Application.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use OnlyPDF on your personal or organization's compatible devices (including Windows PCs and Android devices) solely for your personal or legitimate business purposes.

Restrictions:

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
• Modify, adapt, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application as a standalone service or product without explicit written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright, trademark, or developer attribution) displayed in or with the Software.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any licensing controls, feature restrictions, or in-app purchase validation mechanisms.

2. User Content & Offline Processing Ownership

OnlyPDF provides offline utility tools to view, merge, split, compress, convert, edit, OCR, sign, password-protect, and organize documents on your local device.

• Your Ownership: You retain complete and full ownership of all documents, images, text, and intellectual property you process using OnlyPDF. We claim no ownership, rights, or title to any files processed through the app.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, authenticity, and rights associated with the documents and files you import, edit, sign, or export using the Application.
• Compliance with Law: You agree not to use the Application to create, process, distribute, or sign documents in violation of applicable laws, regulations, copyright protections, or fraudulent activities.

3. Free Features, In-App Purchases & PRO Subscriptions

OnlyPDF provides core features free of charge, as well as optional premium features ("OnlyPDF PRO"):

• Platform Store Transactions: All in-app purchases, lifetime licenses, or recurring subscriptions are processed securely through the relevant app marketplace (e.g., Microsoft Store on Windows or Google Play Store on Android).
• Pricing & Taxes: Prices are displayed in your local currency within the store interface and may include applicable taxes required by local jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify pricing or tiers at any time; changes will not retroactively affect existing completed lifetime purchases.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the standard refund policies and customer support mechanisms of the store where the purchase was made (Microsoft Store Policy or Google Play Policy).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its user interface design, logos, graphics, icons, visual identity, software code, algorithms, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Yash Rayjada and YBR Digital, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" Basis)

While we strive for the highest degree of reliability and performance in all PDF manipulation routines, you acknowledge that document rendering, compression, and conversion fidelity can vary depending on document formatting, font embedding, and system configuration. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of critical original documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yash Rayjada, YBR Digital, its affiliates, directors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business goodwill, device malfunction, or document corruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.

In all cases, our aggregate total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using or purchasing the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Software & Open-Source Libraries

OnlyPDF uses open-source software libraries and third-party frameworks (such as Flutter, PDF parsing engines, and Firebase diagnostics) which are subject to their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT, BSD, or Apache 2.0). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the terms of any applicable open-source license.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of OnlyPDF following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
