Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Pixel Pilot application ("Application", "Software", "Service"), created and maintained by Yash Rayjada.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pixel Pilot on Windows or any other supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not download, install, or use the Application.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Pixel Pilot on your personal or corporate Windows PC hardware solely for your personal, creative, or legitimate commercial workflow purposes.

Restrictions:

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary neural model weights of the Software (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
• Modify, adapt, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application as a standalone cloud API or service without explicit written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright, trademark, or developer attribution) displayed in or with the Software.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms, free-tier counters, or in-app purchase validation routines.

2. User Content & Offline Image Ownership

Pixel Pilot provides high-performance offline utilities to convert, resize, crop, compress, enhance, filter, watermark, split, and clean images on your local machine.

• Your Complete Ownership: You retain full and exclusive copyright and intellectual property ownership over all photos, images, designs, and files you open, edit, process, or export using Pixel Pilot. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to any of your content.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the necessary legal rights, licenses, or permissions for any images, graphics, trademarks, or watermarks you process or apply through the Application.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Application to produce, edit, or distribute content that violates applicable laws, copyrights, privacy rights, or that constitutes defamation, fraud, or harassment.

3. Free Operations, In-App Purchases & PRO Subscriptions

Pixel Pilot operates on a transparent model offering free utility usage as well as optional PRO upgrade options ("Pixel Pilot PRO"):

• Free Tier Fair-Use Policy: Free tools permit up to 5 complimentary operations per tool. Advanced tools (including AI Background Removal, AI Super Resolution, ICO Favicon Maker, and Batch Duplicates Finder) require an active PRO license.
• Microsoft Store Billing: All in-app purchases, recurring subscriptions (Monthly or Annual), and perpetual Lifetime Licenses are billed and processed securely by Microsoft Corporation via the official Microsoft Store.
• Subscription Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period in your Microsoft Account (https://account.microsoft.com/services).
• Refund Policy: All purchase transactions and refund requests are governed by the standard consumer refund policies of the Microsoft Store.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its graphic user interface, branding, logos, iconography, visual layout, source code, neural pipeline integrations, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Yash Rayjada and YBR Digital, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and international treaty provisions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" Basis)

While Pixel Pilot is designed for high-fidelity image conversions and reliable local processing, image compression and neural network background isolation results may vary depending on source lighting, contrast, and resolution. We encourage you to always maintain original source copies of your essential image files.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yash Rayjada, YBR Digital, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits, data corruption, loss of goodwill, computer malfunction, or work interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the Application license during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Libraries & Open Source

Pixel Pilot utilizes open-source frameworks and libraries (including Flutter, Google Dart packages, ONNX Runtime, and image codecs) governed by their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD). Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to you under those specific open-source licenses.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate immediately and automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any condition of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall all copies of the Application.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any modifications will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Pixel Pilot following changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.
