S3 Storage Client ("Application", "Software") is developed by Yash Rayjada. We respect your privacy and are strictly committed to protecting your security and data through compliance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Zero-Telemetry & Direct-to-Cloud Architecture
Your credentials and files remain strictly between your device and your chosen storage provider. No middleman, proxy, or data relay is ever used.
S3 Storage Client operates on a strict Direct-to-Storage principle:
- No Intermediary Servers: Your credentials (Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, Endpoint URL, Region, and Bucket names) and uploaded/downloaded file contents are NEVER transmitted to or processed by YBR Digital servers or any third-party telemetry services.
- Local Cryptographic Signing: All API requests are signed locally on your Windows device using official AWS Signature Version 4 (SigV4) algorithms and dispatched directly over secure TLS/HTTPS to your storage endpoint (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces, etc.).
3. Local Storage of Credentials & Security
Storage profiles and sensitive access credentials stored on your device are protected using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI) and stored strictly in your local operating system AppData directory.
- We do not have access to your passwords, keys, or locally stored configurations.
- You can delete or export your profiles and stored credentials at any time directly through the application settings.
4. Data Collection & Analytics
- No Analytics Tracking: We do not track user activity, feature interactions, file counts, or usage analytics.
- No Tracking Cookies or Advertising IDs: The desktop client does not contain any marketing SDKs, trackers, or advertising frameworks.
- Crash Logs: Any diagnostic or error logs generated locally remain on your device and are never sent to us unless you voluntarily provide them when requesting technical support.
5. Third-Party Services
When you connect the Application to a cloud storage provider (such as Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Wasabi, or Google Cloud Storage), your interaction with those services is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy and terms of service.
