By downloading, installing, accessing, or using S3 Storage Client ("Application", "Software"), provided by Yash Rayjada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
2. License & Software Use
YBR Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use S3 Storage Client on your compatible Windows devices in accordance with these terms.
- The Application is designed as a client interface to interact with S3-compatible cloud storage providers (such as Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, and DigitalOcean Spaces).
- You are solely responsible for all bandwidth, storage fees, service charges, or compliance obligations incurred with your chosen third-party storage providers.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Security
Because S3 Storage Client communicates directly with your cloud endpoints, the security of your access keys and stored data depends on your device and credential management.
- You are responsible for securing your API keys, Secret Access Keys, endpoints, and credentials.
- You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful activities, copyright infringements, or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary binary releases except where permitted by applicable law.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YBR DIGITAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YBR DIGITAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, STORAGE DOWNTIME, CORRUPTED TRANSFERS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLOUD COSTS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any modifications will be posted with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
