Welcome to YiFace AI - Men. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Yash Rayjada ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your download, installation, access, and use of the YiFace AI - Men mobile application ("App", "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using YiFace AI - Men, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.
Non-Medical / Grooming Disclaimer: YiFace AI - Men is developed strictly for personal grooming guidance, haircut recommendations, beard shaping ideas, and aesthetic entertainment purposes. The face shape classifications, symmetry indices, and harmony scores produced by the app are computed using automated computer-vision algorithms and DO NOT constitute medical, cosmetic surgical, or dermatological advice.
1. Eligibility & Permitted Use
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use YiFace AI - Men.
- Personal Use: The App is licensed to you strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit any reports or styling guides generated by the App.
- Prohibited Actions: You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary machine learning landmark models of the App.
2. Premium Plans, Subscriptions & Billing Terms
YiFace AI - Men provides free introductory features as well as optional premium upgrades ("YiFace AI PRO") that unlock unlimited Face scans, comprehensive harmony reports, detailed anatomical biometrics, and the complete styling vault.
Available Premium Plans
1. Weekly Subscription
An auto-renewing subscription plan billed on a weekly basis. Provides continuous, uninterrupted access to all PRO features for seven (7) days at a time. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each weekly billing cycle unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
2. Lifetime Plan
A one-time upfront purchase granting unlocked access to all PRO features without recurring renewal charges. Definition of "Lifetime": The term "Lifetime" refers exclusively to the operational lifespan of the YiFace AI - Men application. It grants access to premium features for as long as the application is maintained, supported, and actively distributed by the developer on the Google Play Store, until such time that the app is formally retired, discontinued, or shut down. Lifetime access is tied to your Google Play account and does not guarantee indefinite service in the event of technology obsolescence, platform discontinuation, or service shutdown.
Pricing & Adjustments
The exact prices for both the Weekly Subscription and the Lifetime Plan are clearly displayed in the in-app Paywall screen prior to completing any purchase. Prices can change on the app from time to time at our discretion (e.g., promotional discounts, seasonal sales, local tax modifications, or currency adjustments). Any price adjustments to active recurring subscriptions will follow Google Play's standard price change notification and consent policies.
Payment Processing, Renewal & Cancellation
- Google Play Billing: All purchases are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Account upon purchase confirmation.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel an active Weekly Subscription at any time via Google Play: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current weekly billing cycle; you will retain PRO access until that cycle concludes.
- Refund Policy: All refund requests are governed by Google Play Store Refund Policies. Because billing is managed directly by Google, the developer does not possess direct billing access to issue manual payment refunds.
3. Local Device Processing & User Content
- Your Photos: You retain complete ownership of all photos scanned or uploaded to the App.
- On-Device Privacy: All facial analysis, feature detection, and symmetry scoring are processed entirely locally on your device. We do not store, upload, or transmit your photos to any remote server.
- User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary legal rights and permissions for any image you capture or import for analysis.
4. Non-Medical and Styling Disclaimer
The facial harmony assessments, landmark metrics, face shape classifications, and haircut recommendations generated by YiFace AI - Men are based on mathematical and geometric ratios of landmark points. They are provided solely for personal grooming exploration and style inspiration.
- No content or scoring in the App should be considered medical, dermatological, or clinical diagnosis.
- We do not guarantee specific aesthetic or grooming outcomes resulting from following any styling recommendations.
- If you have dermatological conditions, skin concerns, or require cosmetic procedures, please consult a qualified licensed medical professional.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to YiFace AI - Men including but not limited to the user interface, visual layout, software code, graphic artwork, brand assets, logos, and custom recommendations are the exclusive intellectual property of Yash Rayjada. All rights are reserved under applicable international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
YiFace AI - Men is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device hardware specification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yash Rayjada or any associated affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device damage, or personal dissatisfaction arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or temporarily suspend the App or any feature therein at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of YiFace AI - Men following such revisions constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
